  • Assemble custom products to meet customer needs.
  • Identify electronic components and hand-solder circuit boards.
  • Learn to use inventory management system.

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc has immediate openings forManufacturing Assemblers / Technical Assistants on our first shiftperforming Electronics Assembly at our manufacturing facility in Alburtis. In this position, you would be a key part of the production or materials handling teams. You will build a career with a high-tech company working in a hands-on environment. You will have the opportunity to cross train in various departments while performing a wide range of duties to support our engineering, manufacturing, assembly, quality, material handling and packaging operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble custom products to meet the needs of our worldwide customers
  • Learn and apply how to identify electronic components and hand-solder circuit boards
  • Learn and use our inventory management system and enter materials transactions
  • Perform light electrical and mechanical assembly operations
  • Work with our supply chain and distribution teams to process customer orders
  • Work with material handling equipment to transport materials
  • Willingness to rotate to other Lehigh Valley facilities

Qualifications
