Job summary

You will build and insert assembled interiors into plastic containers, perform self and peer inspections, and work across multiple cells to support continuous improvement initiatives. The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to safety procedures as you contribute

Qualifications

• Entry level required for this manufacturing role.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic assembly skills.
• Learn to read print drawings.
• Wear yellow vest during OIT period.
• Build and insert assembled interiors into plastic containers.
• Perform self and peer quality inspection during assembly to ensure quality.
• Work with Cell Lead to develop assembly skills.
• Report safety or quality issues to leads or supervisor.
• Work in various cells throughout shift.
• Verify parts and material to the work order.
• Work safely using required protective equipment per STW documentation.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement; promote CI, 5S and STW activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
