Job summary

Quest Window Systems Inc is hiring for Assembly Associates in Garland, TX. This full-time role offers a 6am–2:30pm day shift with overtime opportunities.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with comprehensive employer-paid health, disability, and life insurance, plus 401(k) with match and PTO. Responsibilities include following safety practices, maintaining a clean work area, and assembling window components per BOMs and drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for shift duration.
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled factory.
• Pre-employment background check & drug screening required.
• Willingness to learn and rotate through multiple positions.
• Must be able to work overtime and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices and company procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
• Report safety incidents to management or Safety Team.
• Attend work area on time and be ready at shift start.
• Work in a team environment and train others as needed.
• Learn Lean Manufacturing concepts and understand product details.
• Monitor quality and identify faulty products for rework.
• Assemble parts per production specs using basic tools and measurements.
• Follow BOMs and drawings to assemble window components.
