- Compensation: $18.40/hour (base pay $16.00 plus 15% shift differential)

Ellettsville, IN: 3/12-hour shifts - Friday-Sunday, 6:00 am - 6:30 pm
Responsibilities
- Assemble medical devices following specifications and instructions, complying with quality policies
- Complete quality work at acceptable departmental/production rates
- Work independently or in teams effectively
- Communicate professionally across various organizational levels
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Read and follow product specifications and drawings
- Handle small, intricate parts and tools/machines
- Build products through various tasks like cutting, gluing, bonding
- Set up and operate production machines as needed
- Use measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Perform basic arithmetic calculations
- Inspect products visually for non-conformances
- Verify raw materials
- Report quality issues to management
- Occasionally use magnifying devices and work with chemicals like adhesives and alcohols
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent, or participating in a Cook-sponsored program
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship not provided
Physical Requirements
- Visual acuity of 20/40 with or without correction
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Repetitive motions frequently
- Occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Moderate noise levels
- Ability to read instructions in English
- Frequent use of hands, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, communication
- Proper attire and PPE as required
