D-tect, a VPI Technology Group subsidiary, seeks an entry-level team member for our Draper, Utah facility. This full-time position operates on a 9/80 schedule (M–Th 7:30–5, every other Friday 7:30–4) with a wage of $17.75 hourly plus benefits.

Qualifications include US citizenship (government contract), manufacturing assembly experience preferred, some soldering experience a plus, and strong attention to detail. Tasks involve assembly, quality checks, and maintaining a safe workspace.

JOIN OUR DEDICATED AND GROWING TEAM

D-tect, a VPI Technology Group (VPI) subsidiary, seeks a highly motivated entry-level individual to join our skilled manufacturing team. This position will reside full-time at our location in Draper, Utah. Position will be on a 9/80 schedule, working M-Th 7:30-5 and every other Friday from 7:30-4.

Wage: $17.75 hourly with benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a US citizen (government contract requirement)
• Manufacturing assembly experience preferred
• Previous soldering experience a plus
• Great attention to detail
• Manual dexterity, fine motor controls, and strong hand-eye coordination
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds infrequently
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills
• Self-motivation to complete daily production goals
• High degree of professionalism and maturity with ability to work independently
• Ability to adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events
• Exercise good judgment, keeping in mind company policies and procedures

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
