Job summary

D-tect, a VPI Technology Group subsidiary, seeks an entry-level team member for our Draper, Utah facility. This full-time position operates on a 9/80 schedule (M–Th 7:30–5, every other Friday 7:30–4) with a wage of $17.75 hourly plus benefits.

Qualifications include US citizenship (government contract), manufacturing assembly experience preferred, some soldering experience a plus, and strong attention to detail. Tasks involve assembly, quality checks, and maintaining a safe workspace.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing activities per procedures, travelers, and instructions
• Ensure special requirements on each job traveler are implemented
• Identify defective items and handle per established procedures
• Ensure paperwork is properly signed for accountability
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by following procedures and rules
