Job summary

Chris-Craft, America’s premier boat builder, is hiring Manufacturing Technicians to help craft the world’s most iconic boats. As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll play a vital role in the production process, installing and testing components that bring our boats to life. Opportunities are available across various areas of production.

We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about craftsmanship and teamwork. Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidates.

Qualifications

  • Experience is a plus, but training is provided
  • Ability to read and follow assembly diagrams
  • Familiarity with power tools
  • Strong teamwork and communication

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll play a vital role in the production process, installing and testing components that bring our boats to life. Opportunities are available across various areas of production.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Installing and testing marine components (rigging)
  • Collaborating with engineers and managers to solve challenges
  • Ensuring all components meet our high standards
What You Bring

We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about craftsmanship and teamwork. Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidates.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly (not required)
  • Familiarity with power tools
  • Ability to read and follow assembly diagrams
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various physical positions
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
Physical & Environmental Requirements

This role involves physical activity and exposure to a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Physical tasks may include:

  • Climbing, kneeling, squatting, stretching, bending
  • Working in confined or awkward spaces
  • Lifting up to 80 lbs.
