What You’ll Do:

You’ll perform all aspects of sewing associated with production of various boat model types of cushions, v-berth beds, etc. May include pattern cutting.

Responsibilities:

• Able to read and understand work instructions
• Able to meet production deadlines and stay on task
• Able to maintain sewing machine
• Know how to change needle, bobbin and adjust machine tension, etc.
• Learn all boat part names and how to read travelers
• Learn all colors of vinyl and threads

Physical Requirements: Including, but not limited to:

• climbing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs. stretching, squatting and bending.
• May work on knees, seated, laying down, standing up.
• May require individual to be in awkward positions.
