W. L. Gore & Associates in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Divisional Manufacturing Operator for the Medical Division. You will join the production team on the Day Shift (4:00 AM–2:30 PM, Mon-Thu) to manufacture medical devices at our Phoenix facility.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, assembling materials per SOPs, and ensuring quality through inspection and data entry. A 1-year track record, strong attention to detail, and reliable attendance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of demonstrated, consistent work experience.
• Data collection, computer entry and basic math.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

In this role, you will be working with the manufacturing team on the Day Shift from 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday – Thursday and manufacture medical devices. This role will be located at our facility in Phoenix, Arizona.

Pay And Benefits

• $22.50 - $23.50 per hour
• This role is eligible for an additional $2/hour shift differential pay for evening, night, and weekend shifts (in California, the shift differential pay is $2.40/hour).

• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ability to work within a controlled/clean-room manufacturing environment including but not limited to: wear required clean room garments, set up equipment, light to moderate lifting, stand or sit for long periods of time, perform hand intensive repetitive assembly of product(s), move from one manufacturing team or facility to another and perform hand assembly / visual inspection utilizing measuring equipment

This role requires pre-hire medical clearance by Gore which may include testing to assess visual acuity and/or the ability to wear specific safety equipment as required during the performance of the role.
