Job summary

Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC in Mt. Pleasant, IA, is seeking an Experienced Manufacturing Technician for the 2nd shift. Core hours are 4:00 PM–2:20 AM, Monday-Thursday, with OT as needed. Full-time/direct hire with benefits starting day one.

Qualifications include 3+ years of manufacturing experience, use of hand tools, and ability to operate small machines. Flexibility to rotate through multiple roles within the department is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience to be considered qualified.
• Experience with hand tools such as screw guns, rivet guns, drills.
• Familiarity with forming metal parts and operating small machines.
• Willingness to rotate through multiple roles within the department and facility.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with takt-time pacing.

Responsibilities

• Operate small machines and assemble components on the line.
• Test and package finished goods for quality control.
• Use hand tools to support production and assembly tasks.
• Support forming and handling of metal parts as needed.
• Maintain safe, organized work cells and comply with procedures.

Position at Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC

• 3 – 5 years manufacturing experience: $19.00 per hour
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience: $21.00 per hour
• Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour
• Location: Mt. Pleasant, IA
• Shift Details: 4:00 PM - 2:20 AM (Core Hours)
• Monday - Thursday
• OT as needed
• Full Time / Direct Hire

Requirements

• 3 or more years of manufacturing experience to be considered qualified
• Hand Tools (screw guns, rivet guns, drills)
• Press Brake
• Paced Work / Takt Time
• Flexibility: willing to learn and rotate through multiple roles within department & facility
• Work cell and assembly line positions
