Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or related fields.
3+ years of software development, application support, or systems integration experience.
Experience troubleshooting and supporting business-critical applications.
Good knowledge of web development tools and technologies.
Good knowledge of SQL databases such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
Understanding of application architecture, business logic, and system integrations.
Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements while aligning solutions with global standards and industry best practices.
Support manufacturing operations through reporting, analytics, and application support.
Learn and become the subject matter expert for a critical manufacturing application developed and supported by a European team.
Serve as the front-line U.S. support resource for application troubleshooting and break/fix activities.
Design and create specifications for developers to acquire process data.
Develop reporting and data analytics solutions to address technical and business challenges.
Support system integrations and ensure application code, business logic, and connected systems function effectively together.
Create and maintain technical documentation for software projects and processes.
Provide user training and ongoing support for existing software solutions.
Work closely with IT, Manufacturing, Engineering, and plant leadership on development and operational initiatives.
Collaborate with global teams, including application owners and support partners in Europe.
