Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT Applications, Software Development, BI, Manufacturing Systems, or related experience. 3+ years of project management or leading technical teams.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or operational technology environments.
• Application Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• ERP and Manufacturing Systems integrations; Power BI/Analytics; Application Integration; SQL Server & Oracle; Web Application Development; Databricks, Python, or modern analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of application developers, business intelligence analysts, web developers, and manufacturing data specialists.
• Serve as the primary IT liaison between plant operations and enterprise application teams.
• Oversee development and support of custom manufacturing applications.
• Guide Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, Databricks, and web development initiatives.
• Ensure applications meet performance, reliability, security, and compliance requirements.
