Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Analytics Engineer for Sentry Analytics to own the data and analytics footprint for Manufacturing and Supply Chain. You will embed with the Head of Production and leaders across planning, purchasing, inventory, quality, and supplier management to translate operational questions into durable data products.

This hands-on, builder-operator role requires strong data engineering, analytical thinking, and the ability to work on the floor with operators to determine

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
• 2+ years of analytics, operations engineering, data engineering, or software engineering experience.
• Experience building business-facing dashboards using tools such as Palantir Foundry, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Streamlit, or similar.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, R, TypeScript or similar for analysis, data visualization, and automation.
• Ability to untangle complex problems and create order in a rapidly evolving operational environment.
• Track record of partnering with senior operational leaders and cross-functional teams to translate problems into technical solutions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the Manufacturing & Supply Chain analytics footprint end-to-end.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for ERP, MRP, MES, PLM, inventory, and quality systems.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to shape production decisions.
• Own the full product lifecycle of analytics tools and iterate based on user feedback.
• Bridge technical and operational needs across multiple teams.
• Drive operational efficiency through data analysis and variance/demand/supply analysis.
• Enable smarter supply and production planning with data-driven models.
• Document data definitions and promote data literacy across teams.
