Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet is seeking motivated and analytically driven Engineering Interns to join our Engineering and Operations team in Houston, TX for the Fall 2026 Internship Program. This is a part-time, 20-hour-per-week role.

(August 31 – November 27, 2026). Interns will work directly alongside engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams to improve operational efficiency, standardize processes, and support digital transformation initiatives across our manufacturing

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong data analysis and documentation accuracy.
Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently while collaborating with teams.
Experience with Excel, Python, BI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Document, update, and improve SOPs for manufacturing and engineering processes.
Support dashboard development and data visualization projects.
Analyze production and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements and automation.
