Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a data-driven Industrial Engineering/IE professional to apply statistical analysis to planning and forecasting models at our Boise facility. You will collaborate with Engineering to align metrics and strategic needs, and design cross-department projects for resource prediction and scheduling.

The role emphasizes data visualization, agile project management, and continuous improvement of fab capacity planning through audits and new modeling approaches.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent with data-driven planning focus.
• Strong SQL/Python and data visualization skills.
• Experience analyzing manufacturing and capacity data.

Responsibilities

• Apply statistical analysis and IE concepts to planning and forecasting models.
• Collaborate with Engineering stakeholders on metrics and strategic needs.
• Design and coordinate complex cross-department projects for resource prediction and scheduling.
• Use data techniques to improve quality and efficiency, and create new data solutions for forecasts.
• Audit and improve manufacturing capacity information and modeling techniques.
