REI is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to support our Industrial Media Solutions (IMS) division. The primary responsibility of the QA Analyst will be reviewing, analyzing, and documenting product quality information and coordinating investigations and resolutions of product quality issues. This position will be on-site, full-time in our Lawrenceville campus.
The Quality Assurance Analyst will:
2+ years of quality control or quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Self-motivated with a high propensity to learn with a proven record of critical thinking.
Strong project management skills with the ability to work on concurrent projects, activities, and tasks under time constraints in an organized fashion.
Strong collection, data analysis, technical and creative problem-solving skills.
Experience working with and communicating with vendors, customers, etc. to investigate and resolve quality issues.
High level of statistical and process analysis.
Working knowledge of standard QA/QC processes (ISO 9001).
Intermediate skills in Office365 (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
