Job summary

Sun Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Analyst 1/ Admin Support in California for a up-to-12-month contract. The role focuses on supporting production, planning, and quality processes with strong data skills and customer service focus.

The candidate should have a degree in business, engineering or related field, and experience with ERP/MRO systems and dashboards (Power BI/Tableau). Excellent Excel skills and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel with advanced data handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem solving.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports production, business and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.
• Assists in production planning, quality management, systems and facilities engineering tasks.
• Interacts with customers and teams to resolve problems and drive process improvements.
• Manages competing demands while meeting deadlines and organizing meetings.
• Uses Outlook for scheduling and prepares data for leadership reviews.
