Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of professional experience in finance, analytics, or consulting.
• Proficient in SQL, able to independently write and troubleshoot queries.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the analytical bridge between Factory Operations and Operational Finance.
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking core operational and financial metrics.
• Perform variance and driver analysis to explain changes in revenue and cost.
