Job summary

Miro is seeking a Forward Deployed Consultant, Manufacturing, to apply AI solutions that transform core operating processes for industrial enterprises. You will engage with C-level executives, identify high-impact opportunities, and build enterprise-grade AI solutions on client data and systems, driving measurable outcomes.

This role pairs with an Account Executive to hunt problems and prove solutions. You will work across the five manufacturing workflows and leverage Miro AI Workflows,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in top-tier consulting, forward deployed engineering, solution consulting, or enterprise transformation, oriented to manufacturing environments.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operating processes: NPI, stage-gate, lean, quality systems.
• Fluency with ERP/PLM/MES stacks and where data lives in industrial environments.
• Ability to build a before/after value story with ROI and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior executives to define an AI transformation agenda for manufacturing clients.
• Lead initial CxO conversations to illustrate AI value and possible outcomes.
• Co-author sprint charters and lead end-to-end validation sprints with customer data.
