Job summary

Sherwood Bedding Group is seeking an AI Architect to design, govern, and scale an enterprise AI ecosystem in a demanding manufacturing setting in Orlando. You will own the AI operating model, define standards for security and lifecycle management, and lead the deployment of production-grade agents across multiple plants.

The role requires hands-on leadership in the Microsoft enterprise stack (Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI) and experience integrating AI with core systems.

Qualifications

• Design, govern, and scale enterprise AI ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise AI operating model, roadmap, and architecture with standards for design, security, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Advise leadership on AI capabilities, ROI, and platform investment decisions.
• Design, build, and deploy production AI agents, copilots, and intelligent workflows across operations, finance, supply chain, and commercial functions.
• Engineer prompt frameworks, orchestration logic, multi-agent handoffs, and reusable component library.
• Architect and administer Microsoft stack solutions (Power Platform, Azure AI, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Fabric).
• Define tenant-level standards for agent deployment, identity, permissions, DLP, data residency, and governance.
• Design API-driven integrations between AI solutions and ERP, HRIS, quality, maintenance, and other core systems.
• Apply interoperability patterns REST, GraphQL, event-driven, MCP, and RAG for secure data access.
• Establish governance for AI agents, models, and automations—covering intake, approval, versioning, evaluation, decommissioning.
• Monitor production AI for quality, drift, cost, and business outcomes; implement auditability and responsible-AI controls.
• Partner with plant and executive leaders to identify high-value AI opportunities and drive adoption.
