Job summary

Connect-Force in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Customer & Operations Coordinator to support manufacturing operations, customer service, and purchasing. This full-time role involves interacting with customers and internal teams to move projects from start to finish and keep operations running smoothly.

You will handle order questions, PO processing, sourcing coordination, and scheduling, while maintaining records, preparing quotes, and assisting with logistics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Experience processing purchase orders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience supporting purchasing, operations, or production departments.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.

• Help prioritize multiple projects while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Jump in wherever needed to help keep operations moving efficiently.

Location: Farmington Hills, MI

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Compensation: $60,000-$75,000 (Based on Experience)

What You’ll Do

• 3+ years of administrative experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable speaking with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Experience supporting purchasing, operations, or production departments
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
