Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two years general office, administrative, or staff assistant experience.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with EHS standards in administrative processes and tracks training due dates.
• Maintains qualification records and training matrices, updating records and alerts management of expirations.
• Keeps overtime records, updates staffing rosters, and provides daily overtime reports to management.
• Maintains accurate records for employee requests and coordinates vacation, calendars, and attendance tasks.
• Assists with new hire onboarding, shift placement, and plant tours.
• Supports KPI/metrics data reporting and kaizen activity documentation and progress tracking.
• Tracks capital expenditure and assists with expense reporting and reconciliation.
• Coordinates scheduling for meetings, trainings, and activities for managers and supervisors.
• Drafts communications and ensures team alignment; enters work orders for maintenance; collects on-site materials.
