Qualifications

• 8+ years in general accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with contract accounting and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee core accounting functions including GL, AP, and AR.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Lead the month-end close process and prepare financial statements.
• Mentor accounting staff and maintain strong internal controls.
