• Direct general ledger oversight, including account reconciliations and coordinating the monthly financial close.
• Review and maintain manufacturing cost structures while evaluating standard-cost fluctuations and variances.
• Assist with inventory accounting, cost-of-goods-sold calculations, and accurate financial reporting.
• Partner with finance and production teams to uncover opportunities for greater cost efficiency and streamlined processes.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to accounting staff while promoting accuracy and adherence to procedures.
