Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on manufacturing accounting experience.
• Experience with an integrated ERP system; SAP preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review daily production and consumption transactions and resolve variances.
• Prepare inventory reports and work with management to explain variances.
• Ensure accuracy of plant operating expense reports and accruals.
• Track capital expenditures and supporting documentation.
• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Assist with annual budget and mid-year forecasts.
• Support physical inventory activities and audits.
• Provide backup for Accounts Payable tasks and vendor setup.
• Maintain recipes and BOM data in SAP.
• Cross-train to provide coverage during absences.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
