Job summary

Palm Harbor Homes is seeking a dedicated construction associate in Lafayette, TN to install exterior components and support daily production goals. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, with opportunities for growth through incentive bonuses.

You will work on OSB, dormer framing, vinyl siding, and window/door installations, while maintaining attendance and coordinating with supervisors. Driving responsibilities may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in exterior construction: OSB, dormer framing, vinyl siding, window and door installation.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Flexible to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Willing to get dirty and handle daily tools and equipment.
• Able to be trained and take direction.
• Able to work in a team.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 start rate with a potential of $27.00 + per hour on average once on incentive bonus

Schedule
