Cavco Industries Inc. is seeking a on-site Manufactured Home Builder in the Exteriors Department in Lafayette, TN.

The role requires construction experience with OSB, dormer framing, vinyl siding, and window/door installation, with a focus on safety and teamwork. The position offers a daytime, Monday–Friday shift with a starting wage of $18.00/hour and potential to $27.00+ per hour with incentive bonuses; a comprehensive benefits package is provided.
