Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Testing Support Consultant to support the Testing workstream as part of the SAP S/4HANA implementation for NYPA in collaboration with client. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP modules relevant to their role and a strong background in enterprise transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise in Testing Support-related processes and SAP S/4HANA best practices; Configure, test, and optimize SAP functionalities in alignment with business requirements; Develop functional specifications and oversee system integration activities; Ensure compliance with SAP and industry standards for security, reporting, and operational excellence; Leverage experience with SAP Fiori, UI5, and related tools to enhance testing processes.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and Client consultants to implement testing solutions effectively; Lead design workshops to gather requirements and develop strategic solutions; Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for key users and stakeholders; Communicate complex testing concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving and Optimization: Identify and address challenges, risks, and optimization opportunities within the Testing workstream; Proactively propose improvements to existing testing processes and configurations; Ensure timely resolution of issues and provide support during project go-live and post-go-live phases.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience, with specialization in Testing Support-related modules and functionalities.
• Strong understanding of Testing processes, best practices, and integration points within SAP.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, UI5, and related tools is a plus.
• SAP certification in the relevant area is preferred.
• Work Mode: Remote with onsite travel as required.
• Compensation: Based on contract terms and project scope.
