NTT DATA Services in King of Prussia, PA is seeking an experienced Quality & Performance Automation Tester for an onsite-hybrid role. You will participate in daily scrums, backlogs, and release planning, and design tests from requirements to ensure coverage of test artifacts.

You will perform web and API testing, create automated tests with Selenium and Python, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and drive quality improvements in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience testing web applications and APIs.
• Hands-on automation with Selenium and Python.
• Strong SQL (T-SQL) data validation skills.
• Experience with Agile development and test estimation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily scrums, backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Support product owners in backlog maintenance and release planning.
• Design test scenarios from requirements and design documents.
• Create and validate test data for positive and negative cases.
• Execute load, regression and automated tests where possible.
• Raise defects and participate in triage and root-cause analysis.

We are currently seeking a Quality & Performance Automation Tester (Onsite Hybrid) to join our team in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Participating in daily scrum stand ups, backlog grooming and refinement sessions, sprint planning meetings and sprint review and retrospective meetings
• Supporting the product owners in maintaining the product backlog and scheduling next release
• Understanding requirements & data mapping.
• Interact with Dev team, BA team, Data Analyst, and Data architects for understanding project requirements, technical design.
• Construct test scenarios from business requirements, functional specifications and design documents and ensure that requirements are linked to test artifacts and requirement coverage is adequate.
• Prepare test data to validate all positive and negative scenarios as needed.
• Run the Load and fix the issue if any come during the load
• Perform Regression testing, Functional testing, automated testing where possible.
• Create defects for identified issues and participate in the defects triage meeting as needed.
• Perform root cause analysis, tracing defects to underlying issues with requirements, data, or transformations.
• Participate in requirement and design review meetings to stay informed of potential impact to testing cases.
• Perform test task estimation and provide input to test delivery schedule.
• Escalate issues to Project Manager and Quality Assurance Manager as needed in a clear, concise and timely manner. Consistently identify solutions to issues.
• Participates in project meetings, design reviews & walkthroughs as needed.
• Contributing ideas and effort toward continuous improvement and Quality enablement

Basic Qualifications (min 5 years of experience):

• At least 5 years of experience on web application testing using both Manual and using Automation tools / scripts.
• Must have minimum 5 years of experience in API and web services testing using both Manual and using Automation tools / scripts.
• 5 years of strong T-SQL experience of must be able to write SQL queries required for data validation.
• 5 years of hands‑on experience with Web and API application automation techniques.
• 3+ years of experience with Test Automation tools Selenium, Python.
• 3+ years of scripting knowledge for automation (Web & API), preferred language is Python
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile development.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Playwright
• Experience with Mobility testing
• Experience with JIRA
• Finance domain experience: basic concept and terminology

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $83,520.00 - $125,280.00 per annum. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
