ZealHire Inc. in Boston, MA seeks a hands-on Manual QA Tester with AI-assisted testing experience. The role is on-site four days a week with locals-only access, and a F2F interview is required.

Responsibilities include developing test plans, executing tests, and leveraging GenAI tools to improve coverage and efficiency across the QA lifecycle. Compliance with policies and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of software testing experience and/or Property & Casualty Insurance industry experience.
• Experience with OpenText Quality Center/ALM for requirements, test case, and defect management.
• Experience with data testing, including SQL queries and XML data formats.
• Experience utilizing Agentic AI
• Experience with Generative AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) to improve testing activities.
• Understanding of AI-assisted testing concepts and evaluation of AI-generated artifacts.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and AI-enhanced testing tools is a plus.
• Exposure to Property & Casualty Insurance is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with negotiation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset with emerging technologies to enhance QA processes.

Responsabilités

• Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts from requirements and specs.
• Participate in requirements reviews and provide quality input early in the SDLC.
• Plan test schedules and testing strategies per project scope and timelines.
• Schedule and facilitate test plan reviews with PMs, BAs, and UAT leads.
• Document test cases, results, and defects using ALM/Quality Center.
• Create and manage test data, including data for automated testing.
• Leverage GenAI tools to improve test design, generate test data, and accelerate documentation.
• Leverage Agentic AI and validation of results.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI-assisted testing techniques.
• Document and communicate project quality and release readiness using standard templates.
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, BAs, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards.
• Support UAT by providing artifacts, data, and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure compliance with policies and industry standards.
• Continuously evaluate emerging QA tools and AI technologies.
