Job summary

FinteqHub is seeking a seasoned Manual QA Engineer to ensure the quality and stability of Cashier Widget across web and mobile integrations, enabling reliable payment flows for merchants.

You will develop test docs, run functional and regression tests, verify REST APIs with Postman, and collaborate with developers to improve product quality and user experience. Remote work options and a flexible schedule are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer.
• Experience testing backend and web frontend applications.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, distributed apps, and microservices.
• Good SQL knowledge.
• Experience testing REST APIs.
• Experience testing web apps across browsers and devices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• English: B1 or higher.
• Russian: C1 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test documentation: specifications, test cases, and test plans for backend and frontend functionality.
• Perform functional and regression testing across web and mobile environments.
• Test REST APIs using Postman or similar tools.
• Test user flows across web interfaces and mobile apps.
• Identify, report, and track issues in the bug tracker.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts throughout the dev lifecycle.

FintehubА PCI DSS certified payment gateway for online businesses, providing integration with payment systems via a single software platform.

Purpose of the Role

You’ll ensure the high quality and stability of Cashier Widget across browser and mobile integrations. Your work will help deliver reliable payment flows and a consistent user experience for merchants and their customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test documentation, including specifications, test cases, and test plans for backend and frontend functionality
• Perform functional and regression testing across web and mobile environments
• Test REST APIs using tools such as Postman and Charles Proxy
• Test user flows across web interfaces and mobile applications
• Identify, document, and track issues in the bug tracking system
• Collaborate closely with developers and analysts throughout the development lifecycle
• Prepare clear and detailed reports based on testing results
• Participate in discussions around new features and suggest improvements to product quality and user experience

Required Experience

• At least 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer
• Hands-on experience testing both backend and web frontend applications
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, modern distributed applications, and microservices architecture
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Experience testing REST APIs
• Experience testing web applications across different browsers and devices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• English: B1 or higher
• Russian: C1 or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience testing embedded widgets and mobile integrations using WebView
• Experience testing fintech products or other systems with high requirements for data security and integrity
• Broad technical knowledge across web, backend, mobile, and integration technologies
