Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SE, IT, or related field required.
• 1–2 years of professional Software QA experience.
• Experience with manual testing of web/mobile apps.
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Ability to write and execute test cases, scenarios, and plans.
• Familiarity with functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
• Basic understanding of automation concepts and tools.
• Experience with bug-tracking/test management tools such as Jira.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications for functionality, usability, and reliability.
• Create and review test cases, scenarios, and plans from product requirements.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and usability testing across apps and features.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Test HR management systems, dashboards, workflows, and platform functionalities.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and team members to resolve issues.
• Retest and regression test to ensure fixes don’t affect existing features.
• Maintain testing documentation and QA release reports.
• Contribute to improving testing processes and product quality.
• Explore automation testing opportunities to improve efficiency.
