Robinson Fans, Inc. Harmony, PA is seeking a reliable Manual Machinist for our Zelienople, PA facility. You will perform measuring operations, read drawings and blueprints, set up milling machines and manual lathes, and help ensure quality, safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have machining experience, the ability to learn CNC programming, and good communication skills. We offer a competitive salary, medical and other benefits including retirement and time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Read and understand detailed drawings, blueprints and shop travelers.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and ability to learn CNC programming.
• Ability to adapt to changing team needs and learn equipment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up milling machines and manual lathes.
• Supervise milling machines and lathes and adjust for quality.
• Review drawings and machining requirements and plan actions.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and safety guidelines.
• Identify waste and work on process improvements.
• Enter job logs and information into Epicor.
