Mohr Talent in Bucks County, PA is seeking an experienced Manual and CNC Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team. This hands-on role requires strong experience operating and setting up manual lathes and mills, along with CNC equipment, to produce complex components to tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of machining experience.
• Hands-on manual machining experience required.
• Experience setting up and operating manual lathes and mills.
• Experience operating CNC machining equipment.
• Ability to perform complex setups independently.
• Proficiency reading blueprints and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, CNC lathes, CNC mills, and turning centers.
• Perform complex machine setups, tooling changes, and production adjustments.
• Manufacture precision components to close tolerances.
• Determine tooling, feeds, speeds, and methods.
• Read blueprints and technical specs accurately.
• Inspect parts with calipers, micrometers, gauges and tools.
• Make adjustments based on inspection results and production needs.
• Complete documentation for production and quality.
• Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
• Work independently while meeting schedules and quality targets.
• Mentor less experienced machinists when needed.
