Rotating Machinery Services Inc. in Perris, CA, seeks a Field Service Machinist to operate manual lathes, milling machines, and related equipment to machine and repair precision parts.

You will read blueprints, set up tooling, measure parts with micrometers and calipers, and maintain tight tolerances while following safety procedures. Travel up to 50% may be required, including international assignments.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• OMEGA experience and ability to read drawings, calibrate tools, and hold tight tolerances.
• Must be able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs., and travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Operate manual machining equipment (lathes, mills, drills, grinders) to produce or repair precision parts.
• Read blueprints and work instructions to determine machining requirements.
• Set up machines with proper tooling, fixtures, and materials.
• Measure finished parts with micrometers, calipers, gauges to ensure tolerances.
• Inspect parts for defects and verify compliance with specs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
