Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5–10 years of experience in manual machining.
• Ability to navigate ERP to access drawings and instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs daily and stand for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented with safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret instructions, drawings, and BOMs to produce components.
• Operate manual engine lathes and manual mills to spec.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to engineering specs.
• Maintain 6S and safe, clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team and adapt to overtime/weekend needs.
