Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Manual Machinist I for the 1st shift in San Luis Obispo, CA to fabricate stainless-steel components for Ultra High Purity Systems. You will cut, deburr, face and assemble parts using bandsaws, CNC cold cut saws, porta band saws and roto burr tools.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and 0–2 years of experience; the role requires safe work practices, attention to detail and ability to work overtime as needed. A $10k sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Fabricate stainless-steel components per engineering specs.
• Follow safety rules and 6S principles in a fast-paced shop.
• Able to lift and maneuver parts up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate components per drawings and specs with supervision.
• Cut, deburr, face and finish parts to tolerance.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and document work performed.
• Operate bandsaws and CNC equipment per instructions.
