Job summary

McElroy Manufacturing, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Manual Machinist for the 3rd shift. You will set up and operate manual mills and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure precision parts with high-mix, low-volume production in a climate-controlled shop.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, craftsmanship, and teamwork, with a shift from 6am–6pm Friday–Sunday. Eligible employees receive a 11.5% shift premium and potential signing bonuses and referral rewards as noted by the employer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manual machining (mills and lathes required).
• Strong measuring and inspection skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, understand tolerances, and plan machining steps.
• Comfort working independently on one-of-a-kind or small-batch parts.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and move throughout most of your shift.
• Capability to lift and move parts up to 50 pounds, using lifting devices when possible.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following all safety and 5S standards

This opening is for 3rd shift. The hours are Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6am - 6pm. All 3rd shift employees receive 11.5% shift premium on all hours worked.

What You’ll Do
