Job summary

PME Babbitt Bearings is hiring skilled manual machinists with experience on lathes, Bridgeport-type mills, VTLs and HBMs. You will perform your own setups on lathes, Bridgeport-style mills, and boring mills in a busy job shop environment.

Pay scales by experience: 2–5 years $25–$27/hr, 6–9 years $28–$30/hr, 10+ years $35+/hr. Expect 40–50 hours weekly with overtime; location at 2551 Nowlin Road, Minden, NV 89423.

Qualifications

• Experience in manual machining and operating common shop equipment.
• Ability to perform own setups on lathes, Bridgeport-type mills and boring mills.
• Proven track record in a job shop environment.

Now Hiring: Babbitt Bearing / Manual Machinists

PME Babbitt Bearings is seeking manual machinists proficient on lathes, Bridgeport-type mills, VTLs, and HBMs. We are a job shop environment, and machinists must be able to perform their own setups on lathes, Bridgeport mills, and boring mills.

Pay (based on experience):

• 2 to 5 years: $25 to $27 per hour
• 6 to 9 years: $28 to $30 per hour
• 10+ years: $35+ per hour

Hours: 40 to 50 hours per week, with overtime available.

Location: PME Babbitt Bearings, 2551 Nowlin Road, Minden, NV 89423
