Genuine Machine Products in Gilbert, Arizona is seeking an experienced Manual Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team. This first-shift, hourly role focuses on turning raw materials into high-precision components with exacting tolerances.

You will operate manual lathes, milling machines, and grinders, read blueprints, and collaborate with Engineering and Quality to ensure part quality and process improvements while upholding safety standards.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in manual machining, including tool making, fixturing, and production manufacturing.
• Expert-level blueprint reading and interpretation skills.

Manual Machinist - Precision Manufacturing Specialist

Location: 1433 N. Tech Blvd, Gilbert, AZ 85233

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift (5:00 am – 3:30 pm)

Compensation: $30-$38/hour based on experience, PTO, 401K, Health, Vision and Dental benefits

Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly (Non-Exempt)
