About the Role:

This is a hands-on opportunity for an expert-level machinist to work with both CNC and manual equipment on high-impact industrial parts. With a steady workflow, a collaborative environment, and the possibility for contract extension, this role offers a solid path to apply your craft and grow.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC and manual lathes, mills, and vertical turning lathes (VTLs) with precision and efficiency.
• Interpret blueprints, OEM drawings, and technical specs to execute exacting machining work.
• Set up, align, and machine large rotors and turbine components to tight tolerances.
• Adjust machine settings and parameters (speed, feed, depth of cut) to achieve optimal performance.
• Perform finishing techniques such as runout correction, grinding, and burnishing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment by following all safety protocols.
