Qualifications

  • 1–3 years hands-on manual lathe experience.
  • Ability to read blueprints and perform precise measurements.
  • Skilled in setting speeds, feeds, and tooling manually.

Responsibilities

  • Operate manual machine tools including engine lathes.
  • Set up machines and perform manual adjustments.
  • Read blueprints and interpret job specifications.
  • Measure parts with micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
  • Maintain, calibrate, and service manual equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and keep workspace clean.
  • Support team and assist with shop tasks.
