Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a seasoned manual machinist to join a precision-focused production team. You will set up and run manual lathes, mills, and grinders, ensuring tight tolerances and quality through careful inspection and documentation.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience, strong blueprint reading, GD&T proficiency, and a collaborative, quality-driven mindset. First shift hours are 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, with competitive pay and standard benefits including PTO,

• 7+ years in manual machining, including toolmaking, fixturing, and production machining.
• Fluency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Strong command of GD&T and machine capability/tolerances.
• Self-starter who also works well across teams.
• Quality-first mindset and clear communication skills.
