Mancan Staffing is partnering with a local Cuyahoga Falls company in Ohio to hire Production Crew Members. The role emphasizes manual lathe grinding, especially for rubber grinding, with a starting pay of $20/hr and a Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule with potential overtime.

Qualified candidates must hold a valid driver’s license with 2 points or less and be able to pass a basic math test. The environment is hands-on and cross-training across departments is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have manual lathe grinding experience, especially rubber grinding.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with 2 points or less.
• Must be able to pass a basic math test.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of machines and tools, including lathes, extruders, mills, autoclaves, cranes, forklifts, and both hand and power tools.
• Carry out daily production tasks such as machine operations, packaging, material handling, and light assembly work.
• Work closely with other departments like maintenance, quality control, and logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Follow strict safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Promote a team-focused atmosphere centered on accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
