Cards Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Laborer for full-time manual labor in Conroe, TX. Responsibilities include loading/unloading containers, operating forklifts and power tools, and adhering to safety rules on every shift.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with 10-12 hour shifts. The role offers weekly pay, health plans (50% company paid), vision, life insurance, retirement match up to 5%, paid time off, and LifeMart employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting 75 pounds or more.
• Follow CARDS Safety and Life Critical Rules, OSHA requirements, and all laws.
• Attend scheduled trainings and participate in meetings.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload residential and/or commercial containers into truck.
• Operate hoisting device to lift containers.
• Assist driver with backing maneuvers and route communications.
• Identify materials and sort for proper disposal or recycling.
• Maintain clean and safe job sites and weather-ready operations.
