Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions in Conroe, TX is seeking a Laborer for full-time manual labor on site. You will perform essential duties including loading/unloading containers, assisting drivers, and operating various tools while complying with safety rules.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license; weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are provided. You must be able to work 10–12 hour shifts, in all weather, and show reliability and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Weekly pay and comprehensive health plans offered.
• Experience with manual labor safety standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload residential and commercial containers into the truck.
• Operate lifting devices to move bins and containers.
• Assist driver with backing maneuvers and route navigation.
• Perform site cleaning and preparation.
• Identify and sort materials for proper disposal or recycling.
• Report unsafe conditions or incidents to Route Manager.
