Optimized Process Designs, Baytown II project in Baytown, TX, seeks a Laborer to support field construction teams. You will remove forms, move materials, and assist craftsmen, using jack hammers and other hand tools. This role requires physical endurance and the ability to work outdoors.

Candidates should be able to work 12-hour shifts, travel as needed, and work on elevated platforms with safety gear. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential on every jobsite.
