Job summary

Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club in Northeast Florida seeks friendly, professional staff to join our dining team. The role focuses on attentive table service in a fast-paced, fine dining environment, greeting guests with water and bread, and delivering meals accurately from POS notes.

A strong team ethos and a positive attitude are essential. Schedule is flexible, including weekends and holidays, from 9am to 10pm.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years previous experience in a support role in fast-paced, contemporary fine dining.
• Greet guests, water service, bread service as initial contact.
• Balance and carry service trays.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Garnish foods according to menu and deliver to table correctly.
• Enjoy the job and work well in a team while performing duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain teamwork and supportive service in a fine dining setting.
• Ensure accurate notes and POS order chits are read correctly.

Job Requirements
