Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club in Northeast Florida is seeking a Server for the Mansion outlet to join our Food & Beverage team. The role delivers exceptional dining experiences, maintains standards, handles orders and checks, and creates a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.

You will report to the Mansion Supervisor and Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, supporting outstanding member service and club standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate with members, guests, and team members.
• Ability to maintain accuracy while handling orders and member checks.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain punctual and dependable attendance.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain professional appearance, grooming, and uniform standards.
• Complete assigned side work before the start of service.
• Prepare dining room tables, ensuring glassware, silverware, linens, condiments, flowers, tables, and chairs meet standards.
• Attend pre-shift meetings to review daily specials and updates.
• Greet members and guests with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Guide members through dining experience and provide attentive service.
• Answer questions regarding menu offerings and beverage selections.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with service standards.
• Maintain clean and properly set tables.
• Enter and process member checks in a timely manner.
• Communicate with management regarding service flow and closing procedures.
• Complete station cleaning and side work responsibilities.
• Close member checks and submit checkout paperwork.
