Job summary

Lamb Weston, Inc. seeks a Manifest Coordinator in Boardman, OR to support warehouse and production by tracking product movement and inventory data. You will enter data into systems, generate reports and tickets, and coordinate product disposition with warehouse, production, and quality teams to keep operations efficient.

Strong organizational, Excel, and communication skills are required. This is a full-time, on-site role in a cold-storage environment with opportunities to train and grow within

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; experience with recordkeeping, computer usage, or labs is a plus.
• Must be able to read and understand simple English instructions and memos.
• Ability to perform basic math and document data accurately.
• Proficient with Excel and standard computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe work practices and participate in safety programs.
• Identify, count, and record product information in computer systems.
• Enter data and generate tickets for inbound/outbound bulk products and waste.
• Prepare documentation for transfers, rework, blending, and end-of-shift reports.
• Coordinate with lab personnel on disposition of held product.
• Communicate with team leaders and operators for accurate handling and reporting.
• Follow procedures and file required shift documentation.
• Learn lot/catalog numbers and blending requirements for operations.
• Ensure accurate ticketing, coding, and tracking using manifest systems.
• Support packaging operations and provide break relief as needed.
